Kevin Sun – Principal Lawyer

Kevin is an Australian lawyer, engineer, and project manager who helps businesses and individuals solve complex legal, business, and technology issues.

Before joining the legal profession, Kevin spent a significant part of his professional life working as a professional engineer and project manager in the engineering and IT industry designing and delivering world-class engineering and IT solutions. After a successful career in the corporate sector with Siemens and HP, Kevin ventured into running his own IT consultancy firm till today.

Kevin enjoys practicing in all areas of law with a passion for Technology Laws and Intellectual Property.

Kevin has a Master of Laws from the University of Sydney majoring in technology laws, a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney, a Master of Project Management from the University of Sydney, a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of New South Wales.

Kevin is an admitted lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Kevin is a member of the Australasian Society for Computers and Law. Kevin is also an active participant in the Australian Cyber Security Centre.

Tracy Wang – IT Lawyer

Tracy is an Australian lawyer, professional engineer, and information technologist who helps businesses and individuals solve complex legal and technology issues.

Tracy enjoys practicing in all areas of law with a passion for Technology Laws and litigation.

Tracy has a Juris Doctor from the University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Engineering.

In addition to Tracy’s Australian legal profession qualification as an admitted lawyer to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and the High Court of Australia, Tracy is in possession of the Chinese National Unified Legal Profession Qualification. Tracy advises clients on cross-border matters involving multiple jurisdictions.

Tracy is a member of the Australasian Society for Computers and Law.
